1. Who we are

This website, celeredge.com, is operated by Celeredge Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #20362, Newark, Delaware 19702 (“Celeredge”, “we”, “us”), the controller of the personal data described in this policy. This policy covers the public marketing website only. The Celeredge application (app.celeredge.com) and the handling of client engagement data are governed by your customer agreement and our Trust & Security commitments.

2. What we collect, and why

We keep data collection on this site deliberately minimal.

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and Google Ads / advertising cookies to understand traffic and measure campaigns; these are gated behind Google Consent Mode v2 and load only after you opt in via the cookie consent banner. 3. Tools and processors we use

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run the site and respond to you:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.): free, cookieless, privacy-focused website analytics; no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting. A US provider with global edge processing; see International transfers below.
• Calendly: demo scheduling, when you choose to book a call.
• Microsoft Azure: hosting and content delivery for this site.
• Email & CRM tooling: to receive, manage and respond to your enquiries and demo requests.

Each acts as our processor, or as an independent controller for the operation of its own platform, under appropriate terms.

4. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or, for US-based providers, the EU-US / UK Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

5. How long we keep it

• Aggregate analytics reports are retained for up to 12 months; Cloudflare Web Analytics does not store cookies or per-visitor identifiers.
• Demo and enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to follow up and for up to 24 months thereafter, then deleted.
• Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the GDPR you can ask us to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its processing; and receive it in a portable format. Where we ever send you marketing, you have an absolute right to object and we will stop. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). In the EEA, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

7. Security

8. Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to highlight them.
