As a former junior consultant, I’ve observed many routines that often involve numerous repetitive, manual tasks, typically assigned to junior team members. While one can argue that technology adoption has not been the fastest in the services sector, the achilles heel for the industry has always been unstructured data. 

Whether it’s insights from an interview, documentation on how a business is doing, health checks using frameworks, or final deliverables to the CEOs and the board, consultants and research professionals use loads of unstructured data.
